This is the first post excluding the testing post since I create this blog. Shame on me.. ^_^; Too lazy to write and no story to tell. Anyway, this month is fasting month, but it's already nearly a month I'm fasting. To tell the truth, I've never thought that I will cook on my own, but here I am.. I already test quite a few recipe and it is amazing that I can cook quite well.. Yeah, you can do everything if you strive for it. I write the recipe to make sure it won't lose anywhere. Writing on a paper is okay, but, I'm sure I'll make the paper into nasi lemak wrapper :D just kidding!!!
Okay here is Masak 3 rasa recipe:
Bahan yang perlu dicincang:
2 ulas bawang putih
1 lawang bawang besar
1/2 inci halia
5-6 biji lada api (you can replace with 1 biji lada hidup to reduce the spiciness)
1 batang serai
Cara2:
Goreng ikan seperti biasa (boleh letak tepung utk elak ikan melekat ke kuali)
Masukkan garam, gula, perahan limau secukup rasa. Nak letak sos tomato pon ok.
Masukkan nenas jika ada.
Masukkan hirisan limau purut.
Sedikit tepung jagung(dicairkan) untuk memekatkan kuah.
Sorrylah.. no picture at the moment.. forgot to take it at that time.. But my housemates said that it's delicious and we finish the whole pot of rice that day.. huhu.. ^_^;
