hee.. wan tanye aku gemuk ke? erm.. isi lemak menempek kat peha ngan perut membuatkan aku tak selesa.. nak duduk pon tak sedap.. pakai jeans pon dah ketat.. jadi sempena ramadhan nih.. aku ada peluang nak kurangkan fat ngan makan makanan yg kurang calorie and workout sket.. tapi lom tentu leh kurus betul2.. sebab umur 31 nih.. metabolisme dah rendah.. patut buat dah lama.. tapi tak motivate sgt.. ni ramadhan nih.. sebab makan sekali sehari jer.. boleh la buat regim nih... jajan pon dah sorok dah.. tak berusik pon.. alhamdulillah.. patut buat camni.. sihat sket badan.. sebab sayang nak tinggal jajan yg meliurkan tuh... huhu.. jadi la minah tembam...
spagetti olio e aglio ni simple je ikutkan.. dalam 15 minit je wat.. tapi sebab dia kosong je.. so aku tambah sayur and ayam/udang.. aku ikut resepi org ni.. tapi portion dia utk 4 pinggan.. so bajet2 je la..
ingredients:
Spicy shrimp/chicken
* 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined / 2 pounds of small cut chicken
* 1 lemon, juiced
* 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley (a couple of handfuls) / mix herbs (or rosemary herbs)
* 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 4 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
* Coarse salt, about 1 teaspoon
* 2 tablespoons (a couple of generous drizzles) extra-virgin olive oil
* 1 pepper/capsicum, or 1 cup/handful of mix vege (baby corn, beans etc)
Aglio Olio:
* 1/4 cup (4 turns around the pan in a light stream) extra-virgin olive oil
* 1 or 2 chicken cube
* 6 to 8 large cloves garlic, crushed and minced
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/4 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley, a couple of handfuls / mixed herbs (kalau takde pon takpe)
* 1 pound spaghetti, cooked to al dente
To cook:
Combine shrimp/chicken with next 6 ingredients and toss to coat shrimp/chicken evenly. Repeat it with mix vege/pepper.
Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook shrimp 3 minutes until pink and just firm. Remove shrimp to a warm platter. If use chicken, cook until the it's nearly brown. Remove to a platter. Throw mix vege/capsicum until it cook as you wish.
Return pan to heat and reduce heat to medium low. Add 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil. Add garlic, and pepper flakes to oil. Add chicken cube and mash it until they melt away into the oil and garlic mixture.
Toss spaghetti in the pan with parsley and the garlic oil. Top servings of garlic and oil spaghetti with spicy shrimp/chicken & vege and serve.
Cook's Notes: Prepare the shrimp/chicken & vege while the pasta is cooking.
Prep your garlic and parsley for aglio olio and set them, as well as drained pasta and remaining ingredients all within arm's reach of your stove top.
So modified la sesuke hati.. if you eat this.. it will only produce 700-800 calories.. So it's good for diet. Belajar dari nasya n syarul nih.. huhu..
Btw, hari ni tertido lepas subuh.. tah pepasal tak leh bangun awal plak.. sakit hati tul.. buat senaman punya pasal.. pagi buta dah sakit belakang ngan kaki.. heh.. tahan je la..
